peacefully on Sunday December 11, 2016 at the age of 94 years. A special thank you to his care team at the Perley Rideau Veterans Hospital who allowed Arthur the best possible comfort and dignity in his final weeks. Loving son of the late Emila Frederick and Rudolf Fisher of Hay Lakes, Alberta. Predeceased by his loving wife Josephina Oerlemans, loving father of Diana English (Robert), cherished grandfather to Deborah Sprott (David) and Peter English (Mark) and great grandfather to Braden and Samantha Sprott. He was part of the New West Minister Regiment WW2 Veteran who served in North Africa, Italy and the liberation of the Netherlands. Post war Arthur served a full career in the RCAF as a Military Policeman. Friends and family may pay their respects at the
